Yup. Back from Heroescon. Tired still. Slept for like 13 hours yesterday.

Great con, by the way. Lots of people were complaining about me not having been there for like 3 years. The other complaint was “Where’s Golf?” What am I? Chopped Liver???

Alright! Gotta go. Back to drawing…. again… ugh…

It’s 3:20PM and I just called Pop. The plane supposed to land at 3:07PM. His voicemail picked up so I guess he’s still … in the air?!?! I went up to usairways website and track his flight:

So, I’ve gotta take off for Heroescon in about 4 hours. Wrapping up all of the loose ends here before I go.

First, let me say that I look forward to seeing all of the people I haven’t seen in like 3 or 4 years since my last Heroescon. The people there have ALWAYS been supportive of me and my work. Thanks a ton to all of you! Wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for all of you! I mean, I could’ve been… a lawyer or a doctor… a brain surgeon, maybe? A financial advisor… making lots of money… living comfortably…

Secondly, let me also say that this week has been hellacious. <– I spelt it wrong didn’t I? Well, I definitely wouldn’t be an English teacher, that’s for certain!

Anyways, it’s been a helluva week. I got a fraction of what I wanted to do, done. I am sooooo screwed when I get back from the con. Probably get fired from both books. BUT, I need a break. Been running too hard, brain is too scattered. Feeling the burnout. Drawing too much. SO, I’m heading off to the con for a break. No more comics for 4 days! I’ll be in a place where there will be no comics or art! That’s right! I’ll be at Heroescon! The best comicbook convention in NC! Where I’ll relax and… sketch for 4 days! …
